OSG USA names Jeff Tennant president

OSG USA Inc. announces that Jeff Tennant has been promoted to president.

"I look forward to supporting all of our employees here at OSG USA, Inc. by continuing to deliver value-added products and out-of-the-box engineering solutions that enhance our customers experience with exceptional quality tooling for the North American market,” Tennant said.

In addition to being president of OSG USA, Tennant also serves on the board of directors and has been an executive officer for partent company OSG Corp. since 2014.


After serving in the U.S. Army, Tennant started his career at OSG in 1988 working as an inside sales rep, while performing various administrative roles. Throughout his more than 30 year career at OSG, Tennant has held numerous leadership positions including corporate controller, vice president of finance and administration, and prior to becoming president, served as executive vice president and CFO. He has had a progressive career supporting the company’s various functions while leading multiple teams such as accounting, finance, human resources, information technology, purchasing and operations management. He has also helped support the company’s growth both organically and through multiple mergers and acquisitions. Tennant was recognized and named CFO of the Year by the Daily Herald Business Ledger.


Tennant earned a master’s degree in managerial leadership from National Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Central College.
