Koma Precision appoints regional sales manager

Koma Precision, Inc., East Windsor, Conn., has appointed Josh Kent as its regional sales manager for the Central Mid-West.

Kent will be responsible for all sales activities in the region. This position was previously held by a long-time Koma Precision employee Jurgen Bettray, who retired at the end of May 2023. 

In his new role, Kent will focus on new business development for machine tooling accessories in key manufacturing sectors including automotive, aerospace, agriculture, construction, fluids control, energy, mining, oil, and mold and die. He previously served in sales management roles working with a variety of manufacturing companies.

“I am proud to say I am now part of the Koma Precision, Inc. team,” said Kent. “[I am] looking forward to learning all about the production side of the business and how our products can make parts better, faster and more profitable.”

Kent is a seasoned professional with more than 10 years of experience in operations and outside sales, and spent the last 6 years becoming well versed in the manufacturing industry. He has an extensive background in precision manufacturing technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Clark University in Worcester, Mass.
