Jagear Novak-IsacksonWaukesha, WI—Walter, a cutting tool manufacturer has announced the appointment of two new regional channel development managers to support its overall sales organization, channel partner relationships and aggressive business growth strategy. Appointed were Jagear Novak-Isackson in the position of Channel Development Manager—West Zone and Gregg Engler to the position of Channel Development Manager—East Zone. The announcement was made by Thomas Benjamin, Walter, Director of Business Development.

        Both gentlemen will be responsible for continuing to support the sales team efforts by managing and enhancing the communication between Walter and its Channel Partners, growing relationships with management at the channel partners and develop sales strategies in their respective areas.  In addition, each will implement programs, track sales, help facilitate promotions, host training sessions and ensure successfGregg Englerul Walter and channel partner outcomes.

Novak-Isackson joined Walter in June 2017 as Channel Development Specialist. Engler has been involved in manufacturing and distribution for over 25 years and was most recently National Sales Manager at Regal Cutting Tools in Roscoe, IL. 

According to Benjamin, “After careful analysis Walter decided that the best way to support our sales organization, channel partners and our aggressive growth strategy, was to split the Channel Development Manager’s position by region.”
