Koma makes executive appointments

Koma Precision Inc., East Windsor, Conn., has announced a series of executive appointments.

David Meo was named president effective Feb. 21. He is responsible for establishing the company’s goals and strategies and presiding over the entire workforce.

Meo has an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from UCONN. He has more than 15 years ago experience in manufacturing.

Anne Carney has been named chief financial officer. She will be responsible for implementing the company’s financial vision, leading Koma Precision’s financial strategy, planning, accounting and finance operations.

Carney will also serve as a member of the Koma Precision board of directors.

Frank Cerrito
Frank Cerrito

Frank Cerrito was named vice president of operations. He will be the lead correspondent for special projects and custom designs as well as oversee the production, engineering, and manufacturing departments.

Carl Capps was appointed as president of Koma Integration. He will be responsible for all Integration activities in North America.

In this role, Capps will focus on growing Koma Integration to include expanding the Hydraulics division. Koma is used for machine tooling accessories in key manufacturing sectors including automotive, aerospace, agriculture, construction, fluids control, energy, mining, oil, and mold and die.

Andrew Esposito
Andrew Esposito

Andrew Esposito was appointed vice president of sales. He will be responsible for managing the Koma Precision sales team in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This position was previously held by David Meo.
