The new office and warehouse facility will initially house a local sales and customer support team dedicated to serving the local workholding needs and requirements of customers in Mexico, the company reported. In the future, the Mexico facility will warehouse and stock inventory of Kitagawa chucks and other workholding products.

In addition, the Mexico facility will offer custom-engineered workholding services and solutions to local customers, though Kitagawa North-Tech added that engineering and manufacturing for this service will still be in their corporate headquarters and manufacturing location for North America in Schaumburg.
