Heule Tool Corp., Cincinnati, announced Bullock Tooling & Accessories Inc., Upland, Calif., as the company's representative in Southern California. The three-person firm will help current and prospective Heule Tool customers through the sales and application development process. Rick Bullock brings over 45 years of experience in the tooling industry, the past 10 as president of Bullock & Associates. Kerry Cranford, vice president of Bullock, brings over 43 years' experience in the manufacturing industry, including 7 years as technical applications manager.
