ZEISS DeepRecon Pro and ZEISS PhaseEvolve modules increase throughput by up to 10x while producing better than ever image quality. With the release of a new offset CT reconstruction algorithm in the latest version of the manufacturer’s Inspect-X software, not only can larger components be scanned but it can also be performed at higher geometric magnification. The Offset.CT module is available on all Nikon Metrology X-ray CT systems from 180kV through to 450kV.

These tools, from clearance calculation to wall thickness analysis, form a comprehensive combination of complementary functions for digital product development - something otherwise reserved for expensive CAD systems. Together, with an intuitive interface, these features support users from different fields of expertise in making quick and reliable decisions.

The INSPECTOR meets a requirement that is especially important in the automotive and vehicle manufacturing industry: quality assurance compliant with the VDI/VDE guideline after the fastening process is completed. The new torque wrench also offers an advantage that was never available on the market until now: an interface with the CEUS and testXpert software applications for evaluation and archiving.

The SimpliVac Vacuum optimizes sample impregnation in a faster more automated way and also allows lab technicians to set multiple cycles to complete the mounting process faster. SimpliVac can also accommodate larger samples due to its oversized chamber and sample tray insert, which creates a large flat surface for larger mounts. The integrated turntable allows for bi-directional movement of the samples when aligning, and seeing within the large chamber is easy as it has a  large clear lid, thus allowing for simple alignment of samples when pouring.   It also has locking controls that prevent inconsistent samples due to user error.
