The Twin-Spindle machine with i³ was developed over several years with the initial project between LiCON and Bosch Rexroth successfully implemented in Bosch Rexroth's Lohr, Germany, headquarters as early as 2021. A twin spindle 5 axis double trunnion CNC machine was used for this project.

The Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC) Kit and Mist Collector are designed to take CNC machining to the next level by offering enhanced air quality, superior efficiency and improved machine performance. 

All presetter models feature interchangeable spindles (CAT, BT, HSK, Polygonal Taper, etc.) thereby eliminating the need for adapters which introduce additional error. All units also come with fifty of the most common post processors for today’s CNC controls. Advanced models incorporate an advanced automatic spindle rotation system with pneumatic engagement, ensuring zero backlash and optimal indexing. This cutting-edge system includes spindle identification, negating operator error and ensuring tools are always measured correctly for the right machine tool taper/size.

In addition to use in the semiconductor, biotechnology, precision assembly and battery manufacturing industries, the SGR Series rod module is also appropriate for glass and LCD panels, medical equipment, printing machines, laser processing and precision assembly.

The E346V+ presetter features rigidity and accurate performance due to a ground granite base and column, as well as an electro-welded and de-tensioned steel construction with an ergonomic design. This rugged design helps assure the same perpendicularity accuracy for tools of all sizes. Further enhancing accuracy, the precision spindle system is fully interchangeable – the one-piece cartridge eliminates the need for adapters and the errors associated with their use.

Standard sizes are available in stock, ready to ship and are available in diameters of 3/4" to 1-1/2", bore diameters from 3/16" to 1/2" and with widths from 3/8" to 5/8" depending on the type of cover. This is counter to the more traditional availability of these bearing wheel covers,  many of which require lead time, minimum orders and tooling.

These hoods are fully compatible with the existing range of "21.21" enclosures and they are particularly suitable for CQ series inserts with a high number of individual conductors. When installed with the sealing kit (CKR-65 or CKR-65D), they provide IP66/67/69 degrees of protection.

A circular gas strut bracket enables installation in space-restricted areas, making them ideal for use in applications including automotive, industrial machinery, trunks, toolboxes, and furniture. Designed to suit 10 mm angle joint balls and 4 mm screws, countersunk screw holes remove the potential of catching fingers or material. Protrusion-free screw installation also makes them an ideal aesthetic choice for use in locations such as kitchens. The bracket is supplied in zinc-plated steel, giving durability and resistance to corrosion.

The bevel gear box GN 3971 is available in seven sizes with housing lengths between 1.26 and 2.36 in (32 and 60 mm) and widths between 0.71 and 1.38 in (18 and 35 mm). The gear ratio between the gear box shafts is always 1. Thanks to small center distances, the worm gear reducer GN 3975 measures only 2.36 in (60 mm) on the sides and only 1.38 in (35 mm) in width. An internal hardened steel screw moves a worm gear made of special brass.
