Dave Povich is president of Tool Alliance, Huntington Beach, California, which manufactures the following brands of carbide tools: Ultra-Tool International, Round Tool Laboratories, Tungsten Toolworks, Mil-Tec and Routco. Povich also serves on the board of directors of the United States Cutting Tool Institute.
