Offered in both Machinable and RockLock tombstones, the expanded line of tombstones from 5th Axis Inc. are available in a broad range of base sizes, heights, and configurations—giving users more options to fit more machines and boost efficiency.
The expanded line has been engineered to transform horizontal machines into modular, highly efficient production systems, thr company says.
Tombstone options, include:
RockLock Tombstones:
- Configurations: 2-, 3- or 4-sided
- Base sizes: 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm
- Heights: 400 mm, 510 mm, 638 mm
Machinable Tombstones:
- Configurations: 3- or 4-sided
- Base sizes: 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm
- Heights: 500 mm, 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm
- Both options are offered in steel or aluminum.
RockLock Tombstone features:
- 96 mm RockLock Quick-Change Mechanism – enables rapid switching between setups, reducing downtime and boosting productivity. The 96 mm interface provides a secure, repeatable lock for consistent accuracy.
