MaxSFeed 45° and extended flute series feature a dovetailed insert pocket design that enhances insert security, reduces movement under load, and significantly increases edge life and cutter body longevity. Extended flute cutters are available in full effective and half effective cutting lengths, allowing machinists to optimize reach, stability, and chip evacuation based on application requirements.
The newly expanded MaxSFeed slotters series utilizes Ingersoll’s popular MultiSurfer shank interface, providing secure, repeatable tool mounting and compatibility with existing setups while minimizing changeover time.
Designed for versatility, MaxSFeed supports multiple insert grades, allowing users to tailor performance to a wide variety of material applications, including carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys. Cutter bodies are manufactured from hardened, high-strength materials to withstand aggressive cutting conditions and high-feed applications. The expanded MaxSFeed product lines are available now through authorized distributors.
