HELIDO Trigon line expands with new tools & insert geometry

The HELIDO Trigon JET Line is a new family of indexable milling tools from ISCAR that features internal coolant channels for precise coolant delivery to the active cutting edge. These tools are primarily designed for machining with high pressure coolant (HPC); however, they can also be effectively used with standard pressure coolant, whether in wet or dry machining.

The new family comprises a group of 90° tools, available in the following design configurations:

1. Exchangeable end milling heads with FLEX-FIT threaded adaptation
   Diameter range:
   Metric line – Ø32 and Ø40
2. Face mill with a central bore (shell mills)
   Diameter range:
   Metric line – Ø50, Ø63, and Ø80
   Imperial line – Ø2.0”
3. In addition, a new double sided HELIDO Trigon insert, designated H690 WNHU 07…FN P, features an innovative cutting geometry specifically developed for milling non-ferrous materials, further enhancing the family’s capabilities in ISO N applications.
