The DeBurr-Z is said to eliminate the need for tedious hand work by deburring parts quickly and consistently on a CNC machine. The Tapmatic cutting tool floats in both compression and extension allowing it to follow the top edges or underside edges of the workpiece, even when these are not clearly defined like in the case of castings and cross holes.
