Pascal Engineering Inc. has announced that Norio Kobayashi will be stepping up to the role of vice president to oversee operations in North and South America.
Kobayashi started working for Pascal in Japan, training and gaining experience in the automotive industry before moving to the United States to join the Chicago office as the sales manager for Workholding.
His new role as vice president will be crucial in bridging communications with Pascal Engineering Inc. and its parent company Pascal Corporation, which was founded in Hyogo, Japan, in 1974 and has since expanded to include sales offices and dealers all over the world.

Kobayashi will be presented with the challenge of driving sales and market expansion of Pascal’s extensive range of hydraulic & pneumatic automation products for manufacturers, which includes Quick Mold & Die Change systems and a wide array of Workholding for Jigs & Fixtures.
