High QA Inc. appoints 2

Christopher Mendicino[Hazlet, NJ]  High QA, Inc., the developer of Inspection Manager™ Quality Management Software, has appointed Christopher (Chris) Mendicino to the position of Vice President of Professional Services and Jim Moroz to the position of Senior Software Support Applications Engineer. In their respective roles, Mr. Mendicino and Mr. Moroz are responsible for onboarding, installation, conducting basic and advanced training, assisting with software implementation to ensure all of its features and benefits are attained, and providing a full range of follow-up and support services. High QA’s customers work in a range of manufacturing industry sectors. The company created the new positions to accommodate increasing global product sales and to maintain its superior level of responsiveness that consistently receives high marks from customers. The recent growth is projected to continue at High QA as more manufacturers are Jim Morozautomating their quality and inspection processes and establishing centralized data collection systems.

Mr. Mendicino has enthusiastically and capably designed, sold, serviced, and supported various manufacturing software technologies for the entire span of his career, including CAD, CAM, DNC, OEE, IIOT, Machine Data Collection, ERP, and now QMS at HighQA. Most recently he was the certified reseller of ProShop ERP software in New England, and prior to that he held several positions at MACDAC Engineering in Somers, Connecticut – ultimately that of Product Manager for the company’s revolutionary machine data collection package of hardware and software for Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Likewise, Mr. Moroz has a tremendous depth of knowledge and experience in the engineering and applications aspects of complex software programs and systems since 1982. Before joining High QA, his most recent positions were at Alloy Software in Bloomfield, New Jersey – both as a Technical Support Engineer and Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
