Dormer Pramet acquires Wetmore Tool and Engineering

Wetmore Tool and Engineering of Chino, California, has been acquired by Dormer Pramet, the global manufacturer of cutting tool brands Precision Twist Drill, Dormer, Union Butterfield and Pramet. Founded over 60 years ago, Wetmore specializes in the supply of precision cutting tools including hand-held skin drilling applications used by several leading aerospace organizations.

    Most common type of drill, having two or more cutting edges, and having helical grooves adjacent thereto for the passage of chips and for admitting coolant to the cutting edges.
