OSH Cut is nearing operational readiness on its second manufacturing facility in the United States, marking a significant expansion of its on-demand metal fabrication capabilities. The new facility, located in the Cincinnati metropolitan area, spans approximately 70,000 square feet and represents an investment of nearly US$10 million.

Pomini Tenova, a Tenova brand and a supplier of roll shop equipment and services, and Siemens, a leading technology company, strengthened their long-standing partnership to support customers in the revamping and modernization of roll grinders. Building on over four decades of joint projects and nearly 1,000 Pomini Tenova machines already equipped exclusively with Siemens technologies, the partnership enters its next phase.

At IMTS 2026, MSC Industrial Supply Co. will highlight how it supports manufacturers through metalworking products, inventory management solutions, production fasteners, hardware and on-site technical expertise. MSC will feature real-world customer applications, live demonstrations, and metalworking specialists available to discuss machining performance, process optimization, and operational efficiency.

Shipments of cutting tools, measured by the Cutting Tool Market Report, a collaboration between AMT – The Association For Manufacturing Technology and the U.S. Cutting Tool Institute (USCTI), totaled $225.1 million in February 2026. Orders increased 2% from January 2026 and were up 12.8% from February 2025.
