ystematically implementing customer requests was the main challenge in the development of the new ACCURA coordinate measuring machine from Carl Zeiss IMT Corp.
This small machine weighs 42 pounds and ships in a Pelican case for ease of storage, transportation and portability. It can run off a regular electrical plug, battery or generator — for use at home, in the office, in the classroom, garage or workshop and even on the road (or camping on a mountaintop).
MarSurf CD 140 AG 11 features an automated calibration routine for probe arms and a flexible workpiece holder that makes it easy to handle. Automatic tracing force selection assures the proper force is used when replacing several stylus tips. Operators can choose from a comprehensive range of clamps and workpiece holders, and this versatile machine can also be used to obtain roughness measurements (Rz>2µm).
The H-Carb Series 77 end mills specialize in deep axial trochoidal and high-speed machining applications and are offered in various lengths of cut. The specially designed core and flute design improve rigidity and chip flow while reducing deflection. The seven-flute design allows for superior finishes at higher speed and feed rates versus 5 and 6 flute tools.
A powerful system does not have to be complicated! With every further development of our software, we take great care to ensure that the users only see the data on the screen that they currently needs for their current task. Everything else is consistently hidden. This ensures quick integration and minimal training efforts.
