Stellram® 7792VXE16 High-Feed Cutters increase metal removal rates up to 5 times in difficult-to-machine metals. In addition to high-feed facemilling, the 7792VX cutter family is capable of pocketing, slotting and plunging. These tools direct cutting forces axially into the spindle, reducing spindle wear and improving machining stability. Both modern and older equipment can benefit from this cutting tool technology.

Stellram® 7710VRD20 Anti-Rotation Button Cutters incorporate free cutting geometry to provide documented productivity increases of up to 150% in difficult-to-machine high temperature alloys. The patented Stellram® 7710VRD20 cutter features through-tool coolant and a unique pocket design to maximize chip evacuation and increase tool life.
Stellram® XE Solid Carbide Endmills feature robust high helix cutting edges to run faster, run cooler and, with through tool coolant and deep flute design, evacuate chips more efficiently. This endmill is able to slot and profile to higher radial and axial engagements and run at higher surface speeds and feeds in the most difficult-to-machine materials.
Stellram® RSM Aerospace Solid Carbide Endmills are specifically engineered for effective machining of titanium pocket and thin wall applications in aerospace components. The geometry of the RSM is designed to minimize material adhesion to the sharp honed cutting edge, which features specific primary and radial clearance angles. These provide stress free penetration in the cut and excellent chip evacuation, which promotes extended tool life during high speed machining.

Stellram® 4E Geometry is designed to machine a wide variety of materials including stainless steels, high nickel, high cobalt and titanium-based alloys. The 4E's new precise reinforced chipbreaker profile with positive cutting action dramatically reduces built-up edge, leaving a smooth surface finish and greater component dimension integrity. ATI Stellram's new 4E Aerospace Turning Geometry provides longer tool life, improved component quality and application versatility.
Stellram® Hardcore® Drill Technology employs patented dual-carbide construction. The core carbide grade is resilient to handle the slow speed of the tool's center, while the grade of the outer shell is wear resistant to match the high speed of the tools cutting edges. The result: holes are cut at up to twice the speed with a better finish, tools last up to four times longer and the cost per hole is cut in half.
Landis® CNC EZ Roller™ Thread Rolling Tools create stronger threads up to 3 times faster than cutting and with finishes of 32µ in. or better. Thread rolling produces threads up to 20% stronger on materials up to 24 Rockwell C hardness. Landis® CNC EZ Roller™ thread rolling tools feature compact designs, for use on CNC turning centers and Swiss autos. Simple to set-up and operate, these tools produce threads in a chipless operation.
Garryson® CERAMIQ™ multi-purpose, ceramic-cloth-based flap discs increase grinding productivity by up to 22% and offer significantly prolonged life in heavy grinding as well as finishing operations. CERAMIQ™ discs offer optimum surface finish by avoiding scoring, marking and 'blueing' of the workpiece. CERAMIQ™ discs are designed for aggressive metal finishing, ranging from removing weld spatter and cleaning joints to grinding profiles on difficult-to-machine materials, such as high-nickel alloys, steels, stainless steel and titanium.
