Radix Inc.

Radix Inc., Windsor, Ontario, acquired vision system integrator Automated Detection Devices Inc., Mississauga, Ontario. The acquisition provides Radix with a larger presence in the Toronto market, as well as with key products and services for the specialized pharmaceutical, medical device and aerospace sectors.

Technologies developed by ADD and acquired by Radix include advanced surface inspections, 3D scanning and specialized vision solutions for material handling applications. ADD is a Cognex Partner System Integrator and Microscan Integrator, which dovetails well with Radix’s expertise as an Automated Imaging Association Certified System Integrator.
