Corridor Capital acquires Wetmore and two other firms

Corridor Capital LLC, Los Angeles, acquired three specialty manufacturing companies from Churchill ESOP Capital Partners on Dec. 21, 2012. In the transaction, Corridor acquired Wetmore Tool & Engineering Inc., Chino, Calif., U.S. Industrial Tool & Supply Inc. and Arvan Inc., both located in Gardena, Calif. Founded in 1950, Wetmore is a maker of specialty cutting tools, drill bits and fasteners. It serves customers in the aerospace, automotive and industrial markets. Wetmore manufactures under the HP Manufacturing, Wetmore Cutting Tools and California Associated Products brands. U.S. Industrial is a designer, manufacturer and supplier of aircraft tools and Arvan is a fabricator of mechanical and electrical components and assemblies for the aerospace, electronic, microwave and electrical power industries.
