OSG Tap & Die, Inc., Glendale Heights, Ill., held a 3-day tooling event at its newly completed training facility, the OSG Academy, located at 759 Industrial Drive, Bensenville, Ill.

The event took place Sept. 11 to 13, featuring 12 tooling demonstrations, including thread forming of 40 HRC alloy steel, tapping of 62 HRC tool steel, and high-speed drilling at 670 inches per minute in G2 Cast Iron.
