German manufacturer establishes US subsidiary

German manufacturer of large 5-axis milling machines Fooke GmbH established a subsidiary in the US located in Troy, Mich.

The subsidiary introduced the Endura milling machines to certain industries, including aerospace, automotive and railroad and their suppliers, as well as to the model and prototype markets.

A sales network with regional sales partners and branch-specific specialists will be established in the US, according to the company. Also, a network of aftersales service and spare parts will be offered on the US, which will be supported by regional sales partners.

A showroom with training rooms is planned within the next 2 to 3 years.
