CNC machine manufacturer Makino launched its new corporate Web site, www.Makino.com, featuring detailed information on products and services and access to hundreds of technical resources, according to the company.

New features of the Web site include an interactive user experience that enables easy access to technical information based on desired equipment, machining process, industry and service, the company reports.

With each selection, users are presented with resources and multimedia content, including webinars, videos, news and articles related to site queries, according to the company. The addition of a new product comparison tool enables users to directly compare machine specifications for faster, more detailed evaluations.

Along with several new additions to the site, Makino continues its webinar series with on-demand access to more than 160 unique presentations.

“We surveyed site visitors to determine what they would like most from our Web site,” said Mark Rentschler, marketing manager at Makino, Mason, Ohio, in a statement. “What we learned is that our customers want a site that is simple and quick to navigate, easy to share and updated frequently.”

Also, the new Web site is accessible via mobile phones.
