Dust Collectors

Venturi and Vortex Wet Scrubbers

Metalworking processes like machining, sawing, grinding, buffing, polishing, fettling, brushing, drilling, cutting and abrasive blasting can create fine metal particles that become airborne and present an explosion hazard, if these metals are combustible. To help reduce this risk, Camfil APC offers Venturi and Vortex wet scrubbers.

Dust Testing Services

Customized design and installation of an industrial dust collector are critical for optimal performance, safe operation and fast return on investment. Camfil APC offers a range of dust testing services to help manufacturers understand the characteristics of dusts produced during their operation and make informed decisions about equipment, filter cartridges and engineered controls to mitigate dust hazards.

Farr Gold Series Industrial Dust Collectors

Camfil APC has designed its Farr Gold Series industrial dust collectors to remove hazardous and nuisance dusts from factories while occupying the smallest possible floor space. Farr Gold Series collectors are built from 3-foot-six-inch square modules that can be combined in dozens of configurations to fit the specific work environment. Each module accommodates airflows up to 5,000 cubic feet per minute (cfm) using four pleated filter cartridges mounted in a symmetrical frame.

Dust Collectors With Integrated Safety Monitoring Filters

For operations that produce toxic dusts like manganese, hex chrome, nickel and zinc oxide, it is a priority to keep the workplace safe and compliant with OSHA regulations. But traditional remote-mounted HEPA filters require expensive, cumbersome ducting configurations and additional supports that take up valuable space. Camfil APC dust collectors are available with Integrated Safety Monitoring Filters (iSMFs) to isolate toxic particulates ensuring that no measurable weight of emissions is being discharged.
