Dream Drills Pro tools are made with micrograin carbide for exceptional core strength and longer tool life. A self-centering 140° point angle reduces torque and extends tool life. 

T-A Pro Drilling System

The T-A Pro drill combines material-specific insert geometries, a redesigned drill body and a proprietary coolant-through system to allow penetration rates which run at speeds nearly 30% faster than other high performance drills on the market. Coolant outlets are designed to direct maximum flow to the cutting edge providing quick heat extraction where it is most critical - even at significantly higher speeds.

UNE Gundrilling Machines

With five models built from two frame sizes, the UNE Series can drill hole diameters from 1.4 mm to 40 mm and depths up to 3,000 mm. The compact frame construction saves valuable floor space as well. Each machine can fit in close proximity to a shop’s existing machining center, lathe or Swiss-style machine for efficient part-processing strategies. Built with quick and easy set-up in mind, the machines are also small enough to be relocated when necessary. For added flexibility to grow with future production needs, all UNE models are robot-ready, allowing shops to add a robot whenever it fits into their budget and production schedule.

SHOCKWAVE RED HELIX Titanium Drill Bits

New to this next generation of Red Helix™ Drill Bits are two features: a Quad Edge™ Tip and Enhanced Tapered Web™. The Quad Edge™ Tip delivers a longer life with a precision start and four cutting edges to stay sharper longer. CrazyMill Cool P&S

The new version of the solid carbide plunge mill is based on the same technology as the short version, transferred directly to the new one. Now it is possible to plunge perpendicularly into the material and reach the maximum milling depth of 5 x d in a few steps. Despite its length, the milling cutter is extremely stable and at the same time impresses with its cutting speeds, chip removal rates as well as a long tool life and surface quality, all this from a milling diameter of one millimeter (.039”). 

FH3125 Grade Guide Pad

FH3125 is a new grade specifically developed to enhance the guide pad’s wear resistance in machining various materials. The dedicated carbide substrate of the grade is designed to reduce guide pad breakage, providing long and predictable tool life in deep hole processes. The corners of both ends of the guide pad are designed to allow smooth entry into the guide bushing or pilot hole to control vibration impact and further decrease the risk of rupture.

FINE BEAM Inserts

The latest additions include inserts with 0.8 mm (.032″) nose radius in versatile AH725 grade. 0.8 mm nose radius will provide the cutting edge with strength, preventing edge fracture for predictable tool life. In addition, AH725 enhances the insert’s wear resistance during machining of various materials, ensuring high precision and boosts productivity. 

Citizen CINCOM M532 & L212X

This 32mm capacity machine (with the capability to increase to 38mm) has a new design that helps improve productivity and operating convenience.  The standard 12 cutting axes includes a B axis for angular drilling and contour milling.  In addition, the 10 station turret with half index capability provides 20 positions.
