BIG KAISER’s Mega New Baby Chuck is now available up to 1"-dia. clamping for drills, reamers and finishing endmills with 0.00004" runout accuracy. The Mega New Baby Chuck is a high precision and multiple-purpose collet chuck system.

Ball-Grip chucks are used for first operation roughing and/or second operation finishing. The basic chuck is modified to suit machine mounting, the need for coolant and/or air through, and mounting for top tooling, which is designed to a customer’s part and machining requirements.

Klüber Lubrication has introduced Klüberpaste ME 31-52, a white/beige lubricating paste based on mineral oil, calcium complex soap and inorganic solid lubricants. Besides its application as a universal assembly paste, the paste offers benefits in friction points with small to minimum motion under high static and dynamic loads.

The Dream Chuck Stop from Dream Tools Inc. allows end users to machine through a part by providing the clearance for cutting tools to go through the part. According to the company, it is reusable unlike soft jaws and conventional chuck stops.
